from unripe papaya fruit. Papain has
proven highly effective in promoting
turnover of the stratum corneum or the
top layer of skin. The soft release of
Papain removes all the dead cells
without affecting the healthy cells
underneath, while cleansing and toning the skin.
Direction
Apply sparingly, leave on
for 10 minutes, and then wipe off. No rinsing
necessary.
NOTE: do not combine with any other treatments,
such as Kojic or Beta/Alpha Hydroxy Acids. This
treatment works at a neutral pH.
